Connect your PracticeHub account
In the CAi dashboard, go to Integrations → PracticeHub. Click "Connect". You will be redirected to PracticeHub to authenticate.
Authorise permissions
Authorise CAi to read your calendar, create appointments, and access patient data. It's safe: CAi is GDPR/HIPAA compliant.
Select locations
If you have multiple practices in PracticeHub, select which one(s) CAi will sync. You can change this later.
All done!
CAi is connected. The next call you receive, CAi will check availability in PracticeHub and book automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much data can CAi access from PracticeHub? ↓
CAi only accesses: (1) Your calendar and availability, (2) Basic data for existing patients (name, phone, email), (3) Appointment types and duration. It does not access clinical notes, medical records, or sensitive data. Everything is protected under GDPR.
What happens if I disconnect the integration? ↓
If you disconnect the integration, CAi stops syncing. Past appointments are retained in PracticeHub. You can reconnect at any time without losing data.
How do I handle exceptions (holidays, closures)? ↓
Simply mark those dates as "Unavailable" in PracticeHub. CAi will see there is no availability and will not book on those days. You can also tell CAi directly: "Do not book from 15 to 22 August".
Does it work if I have multiple appointment types with different durations? ↓
Yes, perfectly. CAi respects each visit type and its duration. If someone asks for a "follow-up review" (30 min) vs "initial evaluation" (60 min), CAi handles it automatically.
Is there an additional cost for the integration? ↓
No. The PracticeHub integration is included in the CAi plan. No extra costs, no surprises.
