Terms and Conditions

1. Object and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CAi service, an artificial intelligence voice assistant for health and wellness clinics, operated by QuiroAds.

By registering on the waitlist, requesting a demo, or subscribing to any of the available plans, the user accepts these terms in full.

2. Service Description

CAi provides an AI-powered virtual assistant service that includes:

  • Automated inbound and outbound call management 24/7/365
  • Real-time booking, confirmation and rescheduling of appointments
  • Patient communication via phone call, WhatsApp and SMS
  • Integration with clinic management software (PracticeHub, Google Calendar and others)
  • Automatic appointment reminders
  • Automatic language detection and multilingual support
  • Transfer to human staff when required
  • Call recording and transcription

The service is designed for health and wellness clinics: chiropractic, physiotherapy, osteopathy and other specialties.

3. Registration and Access

Access to the service requires prior registration. The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful, current and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials
  • Immediately notify any unauthorised use of their account
  • Be the owner of, or have authorisation for, the clinic for which the service is contracted

Access to CAi is currently limited. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the service.

4. Plans and Pricing

CAi offers the following subscription plans:

CAi Only — €199/month

Includes: unlimited inbound and outbound calls, 24/7 service, real-time appointment booking, PracticeHub SYNC integration, automatic reminders, multilingual support (ES + EN), WhatsApp, and €20 monthly voice credits (~133 minutes).

CAi + QuiroHiro — €249/month

Includes everything in the CAi Only plan, plus: full appointment calendar, patient records, CRM, customisable reminders, WhatsApp from the platform, payments and invoicing, dashboard and analytics, and priority support.

Both plans include €20 of monthly voice credits. Additional voice minute usage is charged at €0.15 per minute of actual conversation. The average clinic consumes between 200 and 400 minutes per month.

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. QuiroAds reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Billing is monthly and charged in advance
  • Voice minute usage is billed monthly in arrears
  • Payments are processed via the methods available on the platform
  • In the event of non-payment, QuiroAds reserves the right to suspend the service after a 7-day grace period
  • Users can set minute usage alerts from their control panel

6. Cancellation and Termination

The service has no minimum commitment. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their control panel.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for the period already billed
  • Unused voice credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • After cancellation, data will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy

QuiroAds may terminate the contract immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms by the user.

7. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use CAi exclusively for the legitimate management of their clinic. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the service to make unsolicited commercial calls (spam)
  • Attempting to access, modify or manipulate the AI systems in an unauthorised manner
  • Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable health regulations
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorised third parties
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to copy the service's technology
  • Using the service to collect patient data without their consent

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over CAi, QuiroHiro, PracticeHub Sync™ technology, the software, AI algorithms, trademarks and website content are the exclusive property of QuiroAds.

Subscribing to the service does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property rights. The user obtains only a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for the duration of their subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

CAi is an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence. Although designed to provide a reliable, high-quality service:

  • QuiroAds does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions
  • CAi does not replace professional medical advice or provide diagnoses
  • The user is responsible for monitoring appointments booked by CAi and verifying their accuracy
  • QuiroAds will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or consequential damages
  • QuiroAds's total liability is limited to the fees paid during the last 12 months

10. Service Level

QuiroAds commits to maintaining service availability of at least 99.5% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be notified in advance.

In the event of incidents, users may contact support at info@quirohiro.io. Users on the CAi + QuiroHiro plan have access to priority support.

11. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

With regard to patient data, QuiroAds acts as data processor on behalf of the clinic (data controller). Both parties commit to fulfilling their respective obligations under the GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

12. Modifications

QuiroAds reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified to the user with at least 30 days' notice via the registered email address.

Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect will be deemed acceptance of the changes. If the user disagrees, they may cancel their subscription without penalty.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.

However, for consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable regulations.
