How to integrate Jane App with CAi
Authorise the integration in Jane App
Go to your Jane account → Integrations → Search for "CAi" or "Voice AI". Click authorise.
Copy your Jane API Key
Jane will provide you with an API Key. Copy it into the CAi settings → Integrations → Jane App.
Map your appointment types
Each appointment type in Jane (Assessment, Follow-up, Massage, etc.) needs to be mapped with CAi. This is usually automatic, but you can adjust if needed.
Sync is live
Once authorised, CAi syncs your availability every 30 seconds. Appointments appear automatically in Jane.

Yes, Jane App is available in Spain, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and other countries. Our integration works in all of them.
Can I use CAi with only some of my therapists in Jane? ↓
Yes. In the CAi settings, you can select which therapist schedules are synced. Other therapists will not see CAi-booked calls.
What happens to a patient's Jane appointments if I edit them? ↓
If you edit the time, duration, or type in Jane, CAi syncs automatically. If the patient had already confirmed by voice, they will receive a notification of the change.
