Access your ChiroTouch account
Go to ChiroTouch Dashboard → Admin → Third-Party Integrations. Search for "CAi" or "Voice Integration".
Generate API Token
ChiroTouch will ask you to confirm permissions. Generate a secure API token and copy it.
Paste the token into CAi
In CAi → Integrations → ChiroTouch, paste the token. Verify the connection with a single click.
Configure your visit types
Assign ChiroTouch visit types (initial consultation, follow-up, adjustment, etc.) to CAi.
Test and go live
Make a test call. CAi should book automatically in ChiroTouch. Then activate it for production.
